Accessing Your Digital Certificate of Completion and eBadge

Training Live + Online has partnered with Credly Acclaim to offer digital Certificates of Completion and eBadges.

Instructions for accessing your digital Certificate of Completion and eBadge are emailed to you approximately two weeks after you successfully complete the course. Allow additional time if your course had a final homework assignment which requires course instructor feedback. Be sure to add admin@credly.com to your ‘safe list’ so you receive those instructions.

If you have not received your Certificate and eBadge access instructions, that info may have gone into your junk mail folder. Please follow the instructions below.

To access your Digital Certificate of Completion and eBadge:
  1. Visit https://www.credly.com
  2. Log in using the email address used when you registered. You will need to create a Credly account if you have not already done so.
  3. Your digital Certificate of Completion and eBadge will be in your profile ready for you to accept it
  4. Need help? See Credly's Earner Help Center for answers to common questions or see the 'Additional Support' instructions below.

Additional Support:

Credly Support is available by submitting a request. Credly Support can assist with the following questions:
  • Assistance with locked accounts
  • Gain access to an account if you no longer have access to the email address it's registered to.
  • Merge accounts
  • Add a secondary email address to your profile
  • Troubleshoot accepting a pending badge
  • Search for badges that have already been issued

If you're having trouble receiving a support response email, you can check your spam or junk folder. Your network firewall might also be blocking the email.
