NEW! Mastering Generative AI for L&D Certificate:
A 2026 Guide to Enhanced Learning Design
A Series of 3 Online Sessions starting May 21, August 7 or
October 9, 2026!
Register soon! Space is limited.

Certificate Overview
Transform your L&D workflows by crossing the threshold from "tools that talk" to "tools that do." This interactive certificate combines strategic foresight with technical application to help you harness the power of Agentic AI and Flow Engineering—the new discipline of designing multi-step, self-correcting AI architectures rather than just writing single prompts. Through in-depth exercises, real-world applications, and expert guidance, you’ll develop the confidence to move beyond simple content generation to architecting autonomous learning systems. You will experience a practice-based learning environment with 70% hands-on activities and 30% strategic insights and have the opportunity to work on your actual L&D projects—such as building digital twins or onboarding agents—while building a community of practice with peers. Participants typically report a shift from mere content production to measurable performance improvement and workflow automation after implementing these strategies.
NOTE: If you attended our "Mastering Generative AI" Training Live + Online certificate in the past, you will receive a considerable boost in knowledge when attending this additional Certificate program.
Space is limited. Early registration is recommended.
Bonus Items
- Comprehensive digital workbook and resources
- Agentic Resource Toolkit: Receive Flow Engineering templates, AI governance checklists, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture guides worth $500
Who Should Attend:
- L&D Professionals transitioning from "Content Creators" to "Human-Machine Performance Analysts"
- Instructional Designers ready to master Flow Engineering
- Learning Experience Designers wanting to build "Human-in-the-Loop" systems.
Prerequisites and Technical Information:*
Required:
- Computer with a reliable internet connection (modern web brower such as Chrome, Firefox or Safari recommended)
- Basic familiarity with generative AI concepts (you've experimented with tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude—even if only at the begginer level.)
- Ability to:
- Navigate web-based tools and dashboards
- Copy/paste text, upload, download files and manage browser tabs
- Join and interact with virtual sessions (audio/chat/screen share)
- Access to at least one of the following before session one:
- Microsoft Copilot
- Open AI's ChatGPT (Plus or Enterprise recommended)
- Google Gemini
- Anthropic Claude
* Important Security Note: Please confirm with your IT or Info Security Team that your chosen AI tool is approved for use to avoid '"Shadow AI" risks. All exercises are designed so you can work with non-confidential, non-propriatary data.
Required (for Deeper Application, but Not Mandatory):
- Access to a no-code or agent builder, such as:
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- ChatGPT "GPTs" or Google "Gems"
- Make
- Zapier
- MindStudio
The above tools will be demonstrated in Session 3. Having access allows you to build your own flows live, but is it not required to earn this certificate. Demonstrations provided.
Tools You'll See (But Don't Need to Own):
The following platforms will be demonstrated. Access is helpful but optional:
- AI Media and Avators: Google Gemini, Midjourney, Synthesia, HeyGen
- Authoring Tools with AI: Articulate Storyline/Rise with AI features.
If your organization already licenses any of these, you're encouraged to log in during the labs so you can build directly in your own environment.
Course Objectives
After completing this certificate you will be able to:
- Strategically integrate Agentic AI to automate workflows, not just content.
- Shift from "Prompt Engineering" to "Flow Engineering" to create resilient AI systems.
- Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows that utilize your internal knowledge base.
- Create engaging multimedia with AI Avatars and Cinematic AI tools.
- Ensure compliance with copyright laws regarding AI-generated IP.
- Lead AI Literacy initiatives to close the capability gap between leadership and the frontline.
Interative Instructional Approach:
- Hands-on Labs: Use practical, real-world exercises to build agents and flows.
- Lively Discussions: Participate in discussions on the ethics of autonomous agents and the workforce divide.
- Q&A Sessions: Have your queries addressed in real-time, ensuring a thorough understanding of the content.
Sessions
This certificate program is strategically designed to build your expertise through three progressive sessions, each building upon the last.
Your Learning Journey includes:
