NEW! Building AI Agents for Learning and Development Certificate: From Concept to Deployment
Move beyond AI experimentation to building production-ready AI agents that transform your L&D operations. This intensive, hands-on certificate takes you from agent concept to deployment, with participants building and testing at least one fully functional AI agent they can implement immediately in their organization. While many L&D professionals have experimented with AI tools, few have built agents that autonomously handle complex workflows. This certificate bridges that gap through 85% hands-on building and 15% strategic guidance. You'll work with no-code platforms like ChatGPT GPTs, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and workflow automation tools to create agents that actually do the work—not just assist with it. Unlike introductory AI courses that demonstrate possibilities, this program is build-focused—every session includes live agent construction, real-time troubleshooting, and iterative refinement. You'll leave with functioning agents for use cases like digital coaching twins, assessment automation, content curation, or performance support, plus the frameworks to build more. Participants typically report deploying their first agent within two weeks of course completion and building 2-3 additional agents within 90 days using the templates and methodologies learned.
NOTE: This certificate is ideal for those who have foundational AI knowledge and are ready to move from "using AI tools" to "building AI solutions." If you've completed introductory AI training or have hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar tools, you're ready for this program.
This program is designed for professionals with foundational AI experience. You should have used generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini) and understand basic concepts like prompting and AI strengths/limitations, including the ability to:
