Accessing Your Digital Certificate of Completion and eBadge

Instructions for accessing your digital Certificate of Completion and eBadge are emailed to you approximately two weeks after you successfully complete the course. Allow additional time if your course had a final homework assignment which requires course instructor feedback. If you have not received your Certificate and eBadge by that time, please follow the instructions below. 

Be sure to add admin@credly.com to your ‘safe list’ so you receive both items.

If you did not receive your digital Certificate of Completion and eBadge by that time, the email may have gone into your spam folder.

To access your Digital Certificate of Completion and eBadge:

1. Visit https://www.credly.com
2. Log in using the email address used when you registered
3. Your digital Certificate of Completion and eBadge will be in your profile ready for you to accept it
4. Need help? See this Credly page.
