Training Live + Online was launched in 2006 by Training magazine, the producer of training industry conferences and events for more than 45 years, including the annual Training Conference & Expo and TechLearn Conference (formerly Online Learning Conference).

Training Live + Online certificates are designed to provide training and learning professionals with a way to take an in-depth course from training industry experts, with no travel involved. These classes are run virtually via live webcasts to allow participants to interact with the instructor and other participants. Attendees receive a Certificate of Completion and an eBadge. These courses have been pre-approved by the ATD Certification Institute for initial eligibility and recertification.
