Certificate Overview

Certificate Overview

The purpose of training is to get results. And to get results, you need to focus on the core of training. This certificate, based on Bob Pike's best-selling Master Trainer Handbook, will help you transform your training in just four sessions. You will learn how to deliver the right content to the right people in the right way and at the right time – to get the right results. We will explore training as a process, not an event, which begins long before the first content is delivered and continues until we see results back on the job. We will focus on the tips, techniques, tactics and strategies Bob, the Trainer's Trainer, has used in designing more than 600 programs for clients in 25 countries. You will choose an existing course and learn to customize it with transfer strategies, chunking course length, openers, closers, revitalizers, energizers, interactive learning activities, and more, applicable to all generations and cultures.

Bonus Items:

  • An 85 plus page workbook with checklists, guides, templates, samples, and more.
  • A copy of Bob’s Performance Solutions Cube job aid.

Program Details:
This certificate consists of four (4) sessions which are each 3 hours in length.

Prerequisites:
There are no prerequisites. Some knowledge of training design and delivery is helpful, but not required.

Who Should Attend:
This certificate program is designed for trainers, instructional designers, training managers who better want to coach their teams, and "departments-of-one" who must do everything. People in each of these areas will find these four, fast-paced sessions engaging and full of proven ideas, tools, tips, checklists, and more.
