This certificate program builds upon your basic Storyline knowledge by providing you with the hands-on practice needed to move beyond “out of the box” development and into building more advanced interactions. We'll explore the development of custom interactivity leveraging Conditional Triggers, Custom Object States, Master Slide Layers, Variable Programming and more that will provide you with tons of tips and tricks you can immediately apply to your own projects. Are you new to Articulate Storyline? We recommend that you complete our Articulate Storyline Fundamentals Certificate program prior to registering for this program. Bonus Items:
Program Details: During this certificate program your instructor will guide you, step by step, through the process of using Articulate Storyline to build effective and appealing elearning. Session assignment(s) will be integrated into each one hour segment – teach/demos for 40-45 minutes with 10-15 minutes to work on assignment. This approach will allow participants to practice the concepts taught in that previous segment while still fresh on mind. At the end of a session (3 hours) a final assignment will be distributed for continued self-paced practice between sessions. Prerequisites: This certificate program is for those who are moderately experienced using Storyline to develop eLearning. A solid understanding of eLearning and of Storyline’s features and functions is required. A basic understanding of computing concepts (zipping/unzipping files, etc.) is also required and a basic understanding of eLearning is helpful. We recommend that you complete our Articulate Storyline Fundamentals Certificate program prior to registering for this program. Who Should Attend: The certificate is for those who are familiar with the basic features of Storyline such as story view, scenes, slides, layers, triggers, the timeline, importing assets, and creating simple quizzes and interactions. |

If you already have previous version of Storyline installed, you can still participate in the course by downloading a 30-day trial of the latest version of Articulate Storyline at https://www.articulate.com/products/storyline-why.php no sooner than 1-2 days before the class so that the trial does not expire prior to completing the course and related homework assignments. |

Course EquipmentIMPORTANT - You'll participate in online and collaborative activities in a number of ways, each designed to provide a unique means to interact and learn from experts and colleagues. All course delivery software operates at Internet connection speeds of 56.6 kbps or better, on PC, Mac and Unix platforms. Programs will use teleconferencing or VoIP (voice over Internet Protocol.) The login instructions emailed to you approximately one week prior to the start of the course will outline platform use as well as any headset requirements or suggestions. Each registrant must provide their own laptop or desktop computer and other equipment (such as a headset, if noted in your login instructions) in order to fully and successfully participate in the course.
