Please read the entire certificate description prior to registering so you are aware of technical specifications, etc. required for the course. To access full course descriptions, go to the right sidebar of this page and then click on the topic of your choice.

Please input the registration information accurately so you receive your login info and certificate of completion. We will email login information (approximately 10 days prior to the course start date) to the email address you input below. After you successfully complete the course, you will receive a certificate of completion at the address you input below. The certificate will be mailed via USPS and you should receive it approximately 10-14 days following the completion of any applicable homework.

If you have already registered for a Live + Online course in 2015 and wish to register for additional certificate in 2015, you will need to contract our registration department at 847.620.4486 Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time to register (rather than registering online).

Registration Tips:

  • Please note that we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, checks, purchase orders and wire transfers. Please contact us for wire transfer info. For a copy of a W9, go here.
  • If submitting a check, purchase order or wire transfer, your payment must be received/paid in full a minimum of 10 business days in advance of the course start date in order to receive your login information. If your payment has not been received by that date, you will be contacted for credit card payment. (Please note, a purchase order is not considered final payment.) 

Certificate Course Equipment (IMPORTANT)
You'll participate in online and collaborative activities in a number of ways, each designed to provide a unique means to interact and learn from experts and colleagues. All course delivery software operates at Internet connection speeds of 56.6 kbps or better, on PC, Mac and Unix platforms. Programs will use teleconferencing or VoIP (voice over Internet Protocol.) The login instructions emailed to you approximately one week prior to the start of the course will outline platform use as well as any headset requirements or suggestions. Each registrant must provide their own laptop or desktop computer and other equipment which varies by course (such as a headset) in order to fully and successfully participate in the course. Please test your login information a minimum of 48 hours in advance on your course start date on the computer you will be using for the course.
