This four-part series focuses on how to start with the end in mind by getting agreement on what the training is to accomplish in business terms and how to measure the results. It includes techniques on how to enroll key stakeholders and keep them engaged over the life span of the program. It addresses when and how to best use and manage vendors. The last session walks you through the implementation process after the launch and discusses training's role in change management.
This workshop will meet 4 times over a period of 2 weeks. Each meeting lasts 3 hours. There is minimal homework. It meets on Tuesday and Thursday at 1:00 pm Eastern Time.
