Don Kirkpatrick's four levels for evaluating training programs have been around more than 50 years. His model is the standard for evaluation around the world and the major reason seems to be that it works. Now's your chance to learn from the masters themselves. You will be treated to a practical, interactive, and enjoyable (PIE) style of presentation. The four level model, while widely-known and the cornerstone of evaluation around the world, is generally poorly implemented. This series will provide you with the methods, tools, and techniques to evaluate any course of program, including all blended learning components.
This certificate program will meet 4 times over a period of 2 weeks. Each meeting will last 3 hours. Aproximately 1 hour of homework will be required following each of sessions 2 and 3 to maximize learning and application. Register now!
