Course Materials: 100-Page e-Book with case studies, references, tips and tactics, forms, templates, and process flows.

Mainstream Social Networking is a viable corporate learning solution. Corporate versions of YouTube, FaceBook, Flickr, LinkedIn, WIKIs, Blogs, SecondLife, and other virtual methods - are invading businesses in a large way. However, the challenges and issues that confront leaders, managers, trainers and learning specialists are: How do we introduce these new methods and tools to directly impact and improve learning and performance? How do we manage work cultures and learning behaviors to meld with socially-driven, collaborative and open-architecture software solutions? How do we implement these changes to ensure that our investments bring about results?

Through a series of case studies, examples, demonstrations and guided hands-on social networking exercises, this certificate will help you design and implement a plan that will leverage Social Networking in your organization. This certificate will add to your skill set as a leader, manager, and specialist in introducing Social Networking in your organizations.

This certificate benefits those who wish to advance themselves and obtain knowledge to be a champion, leader, prime mover or contributor in their organizations’ push to leverage Social Networking.

You are required to already have participated in Web 2.0 and Enterprise 2.0
social networking sites. If needed, you may contact the instructor to receive guidance on which site to join prior to the start of this certificate.

The course is comprised of (3) live online sessions. Each session will start with approximately 30 minutes of homework and exercises. During the session, you will participate in discussions and actual use of social networking tools as exercises or applications of the session ideas.

BONUS ONE-ON-ONE TIME: At the end of each session and on a reservation basis, the instructor will spend 20 minutes with individual participants interested in a one-on-one question and answer session regarding project specific questions. Space is limited. Register for this certificate now then contact support@vignettestraining.com to book your one-on-one time.
